Certain features of SadadAI, such as bookmarking articles, personalizing feed preferences, or submitting comments, require sign-in via Google Authentication (Firebase Auth).

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
• Accuracy of Data: You represent and warrant that any information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
• Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive activities.

2. Intellectual Property Rights & Content Usage

All original content on SadadAI—including technical articles, machine learning benchmarks, code walkthroughs, diagrams, design assets, and logos—is the exclusive property of SadadAI or its content licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• Limited Personal License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view, read, and bookmark content for personal, non-commercial, and educational reference.
• Prohibition of Scraping & Bulk Reproduction: You may not copy, scrape, republish, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from SadadAI content without prior express written permission.
• Code Samples: Code snippets provided within articles are licensed for educational inspection and prototyping purposes, subject to individual inline repository license declarations.

4. AI Insights & Technical Content Disclaimer

SadadAI publishes research summaries, machine learning tutorials, MLOps architecture breakdowns, and artificial intelligence insights for general informational and educational purposes only.

• No Warranties on Technical Accuracy: While we enforce rigorous Editorial Guidelines and human expert oversight, code snippets and AI model configurations are provided "AS IS" without guarantees of production readiness or error-free execution.
• No Professional or Legal Advice: Content on SadadAI does not constitute formal engineering, financial, legal, or enterprise deployment advice. Test all implementations in sandbox environments prior to production deployment.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When interacting with SadadAI, you agree NOT to:

6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SADADAI, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNATIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE, CONTENT, OR THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISEMENTS.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SadadAI against any third-party claims, losses, or legal liabilities arising from your violation of these Terms.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
